GreeneTN (“we,” “us,” “the site”) is an independent community hub for Greene County, Tennessee, owned and operated by Zion Hollow Creative. - Business & congregation accounts. If you claim or manage a business or church listing, we collect your email address and the details you choose to add to your listing (such as a phone number, website, address, and description).
- Things you submit. If you send us an event, a correction, or a message, we keep what you send so we can act on it.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to keep the site running securely and reliably.
How we use it
We use the information above to:

Service providers we rely on
To run the site we rely on a small number of trusted service providers — for website hosting, our database and sign-in system, and sending email. They only process data on our behalf, to provide those services, for the purposes above.
Email choices
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time — we honor those requests. You can also email us to be removed. Some messages are transactional (for example, confirming a change to your listing) and are sent as part of operating your account.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in when you manage a listing. We don't run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy first.
Data retention & security
We keep information for as long as it's needed to run the site and provide the things you signed up for, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Children
GreeneTN is a general-audience community site and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
