About

We live here too.

GreeneTN is an independent community hub for Greene County, Tennessee — a local events calendar and business directory built by neighbors, for neighbors, and kept current so you don't have to go hunting for what's happening.

Why this exists

Greene County has a lot going on — markets, music, festivals, ball games, church suppers, new businesses opening their doors. The problem was never that nothing happens here. It's that there was never one good place to find it all, and the places that tried couldn't keep up.

GreeneTN fixes that. Think of it as the front porch for the whole county: where you go to see what's on this weekend, find a local business you can trust, and learn a little about the towns that make this corner of East Tennessee what it is.

How it works

01

Events, kept current automatically

The hardest part of any local calendar is keeping it up to date. We use AI to gather events from venues and organizations across the county every day — then a human reviews everything before it goes live. No more dead listings.

02

A directory of real local businesses

Hundreds of Greene County businesses, organized by category, town, and what you're looking for. Free to be listed, and owners can claim their page to keep it accurate and post their own events.

03

One place for the whole county

Greeneville, Tusculum, Mosheim, and every community in between — events, businesses, and the story of the place, all in one spot and built to stay current.

Curious about Greene County?
