About

The Niswonger Foundation is a nonprofit educational foundation established in 2001 and headquartered at 223 N. Main St. in Greeneville. Its mission centers on creating opportunities for individual and community growth through education in Northeast Tennessee, guided by the motto "Learn-Earn-Return." Core programs include Niswonger Online, which provides virtual K-12 and AP courses to rural and small school systems, and NiswongerCARE, a college and career advising program serving high schools across the region. The foundation also manages the statewide AP Access for All program in partnership with the Tennessee Department of Education.
