Greene County Thrives, also known as the Greene County Anti-Drug Coalition (GCADC), is a nonprofit organization based at 1106 Tusculum Blvd., Suite 309, in Greeneville. The organization works to prevent substance misuse and support recovery in Greene County through education, advocacy, and community partnerships. It offers services including prevention education, recovery and family support, peer support meetings, community training, and resource navigation. GCADC also coordinates a Youth Impact Team and supports school-based prevention programming throughout the county.
