The Greene County Fair Association organizes the annual Greene County Fair, a multi-day event held each July at the Greene County Fairgrounds in Greeneville, Tennessee. The fair draws over 30,000 visitors and features agricultural exhibits, livestock shows, carnival rides, live entertainment, food vendors, and competitions. Events include a Demolition Derby, tractor pulls, livestock shows across multiple categories, and contests for all ages. The association is a member of the Tennessee Association of Fairs and was named Champion of Champions by that organization for the 2024 fair.
