Abundant Healthcare Clinic is a nonprofit medical clinic subsidiary of Evergreen Life Services, serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as the general public. The clinic provides primary care services including histories and physicals, diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses, care for minor injuries, vaccinations, health screenings, comprehensive physical assessments, diagnostic and laboratory tests, and health coaching. The clinic accepts most major insurance including Tennessee Care and is open Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm by appointment.
