The Appalachian Autumn Festival is the Greene County Partnership's brand-new fall street festival — a full day of mountain crafts, fall food, music, and cars in historic downtown Greeneville. The first one is Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 10 AM to 5 PM.

It fills Depot Street, College Street, and Academy Street — the same downtown footprint as the Partnership's spring Iris Festival — with a juried market of local makers and artisans, fall food and drink vendors, live mountain music, and the fall edition of the Sundown on Depot car show. Football fans won't miss a thing: big screens will show college football all day. The festival is held rain or shine.

  • 10 AM Festival opens — artisan market, food vendors & live mountain music on Depot, College & Academy streets
  • All day College football on big screens

2026 is the festival's first year. The music lineup and stage schedule hadn't been announced as of early October — check back here or with the Greene County Partnership closer to the date.

How do I enter my car in the Sundown on Depot car show on October 24?
Register online through Sundown on Depot. Pre-registration was $10 through September 30; same-day registration is $20. The show runs 9 AM to 5 PM, and the first 200 registrants get dash plaques. Proceeds benefit local charities, including Holston Home for Children.
