2026 Christmas Parade

The Greeneville Christmas Parade is Greene County's biggest holiday event — floats, marching bands, and classic cars winding through historic downtown along Main Street on a Sunday afternoon in early December. The 2026 parade is Sunday, December 6, at 2 PM.

The Greene County Partnership organizes it, with a new theme each year. 2026's is “Americana Christmas,” in honor of America's 250th birthday, so expect red, white, and blue floats, hometown bands, and the return of the Bart Long & Associates Auction Clydesdales. It caps a holiday weekend that starts with the downtown “Christmas in Downtown” tree lighting the Friday before.
